About The HFW Method

Welcome to my health and fitness blog. The first question you may have is “What on earth is the HFW Method?” Will, it’s a method that holds at the core of it’s essence the belief that true progress in weight loss and fitness is made through “Hard F*&cking Work.” There are no secrets. There are no tricks. You can not have truly lasting success in health and fitness unless you eat healthy and work hard.

I’m looking forward to posting my personal progress on this site over time. I’ll be uploading pictures of myself during the process, daily food journals, articles, workouts, random thoughts, recipes, and anything else I can think of.

The work won’t get easier if you keep putting it off, so get off the couch and start working hard.
